髮夾彎是整條賽道中速度最慢而且被很多車手視為最難應付的一個彎角。澳門電力股份有限公司在這裡擁有一座物業，能夠俯瞰這個一百八十度的右彎。

The slowest part of the circuit, and the trickiest according to many drivers and riders, is the Melco Hairpin. The former Macau Electric Company was once housed in a building overlooking this 180-degree right-hander. The building still remains but is now occupied by the current electricity consortium, CEM.
